Fools claw question

Ok so for the atr bonus to affect WW, i see it has to be the main claw (or at least thats how it shows)... Anyways my question is, when you WSM Bug, the main claw has to be the fastest (after the wsm bugging, would be in the offhand position), so with a fools claw, if you want the ar bonus to affect ww, it would have to obligatory be the fastest claw, so you get both the WSM bug and ar to ww done?|||Yes. 567890
