Fade

At which skill level does it give 50% Damage Reduction?

I newly returned to the game, so my knowledge is rather rusty.|||It gives +1% DR per level, and +skills will count towards it ... so the answer is level 50, but I doubt you would want to rely on fade to get all of your dr.|||Ah, thanks, much appreciated.
