Chains of Honor + Kicking

Does the 200 percent enhanced damage to demons apply to kicks. I searched in other places on the forums, but the best I could do was find something that only said it did NOT work if the mod was in your offhand, nothing was said about armor.|||It doesn't work.|||Crud, ok thanks.
