[:1]Hey, i have the option of buying a 100 ias claw.. But its blade talons (-20 wep speed) and i wonder if they reach the fastest attackspeed in bearform? (thats 3 fps right)

But anyway:
Jewelers Blade Talons of Quickness Shael Shael Shael
WIAS-WSM = (40+20+20+20)-(-20)
WIAS-WSM = (100)+20
WIAS-WSM = 120
= 4FPA
To get the 3FPA with a claw you have to have the Jewelers of Quickness in GTs or RTs
