Dragon Tail + Crushing Blow?

Just looked through th FAQ, but couldt find an answer to this question: if using dragon tail and you get of a crushing blow, is the physical damage from the crushing blow then converted to fire/area damage or does the chrushing blow only effect the one monster the you kick?

I know that maxed tiger strike and dtail is a good combo, but against physical/fire immunes you are pretty screwed. I was therefor hoping that the crushing blow damage would transfer to dragon tail, so that i could rely on the high physical damage from crushin blow instead of tiger strike thus leaving me ekstra skill points for a secondary element attack such as CoT or BoI....

Do you guys know a good skill/gear set-up for a dtailer? there are a few in the assn build guide section, but the links for the articles seems to be too old, im just getting redirected...

Thanks!|||CB won't help against PIs since it's damage is reduced by positive physical resistance. I'd recommend you max Light and Death Sentry.|||max venom, so you will have a poison damage.

if you are using "chaos" runeword then you will also have magic and cold damages as well.

if those doesnot help, use a lawbringer on switch until decrepify procs, then TS+DT as normal.

my assassin's gear set:

fort armor

string of ears

upped gore rider

"chaos" feral claw

jade talon

trang gloves

raven frost and a ml ring

some martialarts skillers

some ar/life skillers

some @res charms

on switch i am looking for +6venom claws for prebuff (only have +4/+5 atm with poison facets missing)

i maxed TS, DTail, venom, claw mastery, a few claw block and burstofspeed. my feral claw have 2deathsentry.

my merc is a2 might, uses reaper's toll, gladiators bane, vampgaze

Really?

I've been looking through many of the kicker builds and see talk about Stormlash, Last Wish, Rift and Lawbringer.|||They use DTalon, not DTail.
