Possible Claw

I know that it's possible to find infirmation about this, but i havent succeded. I wonder if its possible to find a claw with + 3 trap and + fire bomb? or is fire bomb to low skill lvl? By means of mf, shopping, gambling? If the claw can come with some ias it would be awesome!

So if anyone knows about these possibilitys or have seen such a claw (or owns it on europe nl) I'd be glad to hear.
