+ %ed to demon/undead damage and kicks

[:1]I was under the impression that +%ed to demon/undead didn't work with kicks but i have read a few guides that say it does, wasn't going to use Laying of hands but if it does work i may reconsider, I'm using lawbringer which gives +650%ed to undead through the sanctuary aura as well.|||It doesn't apply.
